About Dr. Blum

Dr. Robin Blum is a board-certified dermatologist with a wealth of experience. Through her practice at Central Park South Dermatology in Midtown Manhattan, New York, Dr. Blum is honored to play a role in helping her patients feel great in their own skin. 

Dr. Blum has always held a strong passion for education. From her early studies at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, where she graduated cum laude, to earning her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston with honors, Dr. Blum has focused a great deal of energy toward education. 

Upon completing her medical degree, Dr. Blum refined her skills through an internship and residency in dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, serving as chief resident in her final year. She is also proud of her two-year fellowship training in dermatopharmacology, where she focused on emerging therapies for acne, eczema, and psoriasis. 

Dr. Blum continues to seek out opportunities to expand her skills and knowledge through continuing education and training. She has been appointed Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Department of Dermatology and participates in the training and education of medical students, residents, and fellows. She has authored numerous articles published in a variety of medical journals, and her medical research has been presented at dermatologic conferences throughout the world. Her commitment to remaining on the cutting-edge of dermatology and medical aesthetics is shared by everyone on her team.

Among Dr. Blum’s areas of professional focus are adult and pediatric medical dermatology. She is also experienced in the latest cosmetic procedures.
